This information pack provides a summary of who we are as a company, an introduction to the Transformation3 Methodology and profile of the company director. We provide Service Information Sheets for each of the recommended activities in the Transformation3 Model, so you know exactly WHAT to do, WHEN and WHY.


The Service Information Sheets provide a summary of what the service is, including whether it is a must have or nice to have activitiy, when you should undertake the activity and what happens if it's missing. i.e. what are the symptoms your transformation will be experiencing when this activity has not been undertaken.

The activity is broken down into the steps usually undertaken to complete the activity, who should undertake them, a likely breakdown of the duration of each task, any assumptions or dependencies and a listing of the outputs anticipated.

Whilst the activities will vary based on the context of your change program, the information provided is to educate and inform.
